System provided for work automatization in shops and warehouses. The software of system "Win Prece-A" operates in Microsoft Windows environment. Work with system is possible as on the one computer so in the local network.

Main tasks of system "Win Prece-A":

• Goods delivery in shop, warehouse;

• Suppliers: payments to suppliers, payments to customers for supplied goods, customer bilance, report of mutual payments;

• Buyers: payments from buyers, buyer's information card, report about outgoing waybills;
  

  

• Goods: prices, custom declarations, licenses, sertificates. Reports about incoming goods- registration of incoming goods documentation, list of goods, goods info cards, price list, profitableness of the goods, report about goods cost, goods brutto profit, goods turnover report (in buying, selling and cost prices), act of inventarization, sales division by days, sales forcasting, minimal remnants report, delivered goods payments, made payments report, goods account report, enclosure to VAT report;
  

  

• Goods return in Warehouse (shop) from customers, to suppliers;

• Possibility to work with several departments/ warehouses of the company (data transmission between departments through the modem);

• Possibility to give 13 symbol article to goods, after automaticaly preparing bar code;

• Reevaluation of the goods, correction of remnants- inventarization in shop or warehouse;

• Internal removal of the goods between departments;

• Formation of orders, replaced and done orders report;

• Realization of goods from warehouse, sale, wholesale, retail sale, sold goods report, goods turnover report, money turnover report;

• Possible to connect to all cash registers and scaners registered in Latvian Republic;

Possible to export data to Finance accountancy system "Win FUS-A" as well as to other accountancy system.
